Unlike the roasted beans we’re familiar with, green beans are unprocessed and have a much different taste profile. They're packed with a range of flavors that will only emerge once they undergo the roasting process.Green coffee beans are actually the seed of the coffee cherry, and their quality is influenced by where they are grown, the altitude, and the farming practices used.
